This weekend, collaborating with Hobo Shack, we brought Uncle Roland to the KL Picnic Festival to get trained on making hamburgers. Since Uncle joined us, he has been learning to make quite desserts and meals from chefs who are willing to share their expertise with him. In that way, he can slowly learn to make a living and inspire many others.
